        Very bad customer service at the Franklin Park mall store. One employee was on her phone and the other one was watching TV. When we approached the employee who was watching TV to ask about the Boots she was curt and abrasive.

        I needed red shoes for work. I found a pair of Sketchers that I liked so much, and the price was so good, I bought 2 more red pairs plus a white, navy, and black pair. For 6 pairs of super comfortable machine washable shoes, I paid under $180.00!!! Realistically, don't expect a deal like that every day, but when you see it, grab it! My feet haven't been so happy in a long time. The clerks were really helpful and friendly. I won't need new shoes for a while, but my family will, and we will definitely return.
