Arnold's Home Improvement is a group of professionals with great customer service. Years ago they replaced my sky lights and did a great job. From the office staff to the installers, they were great. Recently I had a huge project done at my home. Unfortunately I didn't hire Arnold's. The project was done incorrectly, resulting in a roof leak and legal action against the company that did the work as they didn't honor their "warranty". I called Arnold's to come and fix the mistakes. I would assume in the construction business that fixing someone else's mistakes isn't easy. This proved to be the case in my experience. This repair wasn't 100% smooth. It didn't happen after one visit, then an estimate, followed by the repair then done. In this process however, Arnold's was incredible. They honored their work and were very receptive to my calls, questions and concerns. Rick Hacker was the sales associate who I had original contact with. He is an absolute professional and is a pleasure to deal with. Dave Evans is the roof repair professional that did the work. I can argue that you won't find another person in the area that is more professional and passionate about their work. After the initial repair didn't go perfectly, Dave was responsive, he literally showed up the day I called with a concern. He never blamed the other company and seemed genuinely concerned to get it done correctly. More so he seemed genuinely concerned and motivated for my satisfaction. He's an absolute pro. The other person I dealt with is Dave Roberts. I believe he's on the administrative side of things at Arnold's. Another professional that made me feel that my satisfaction is most important. Anybody that calls Arnold's for an estimate on any project please know this, their estimate won't be the cheapest, but is so worth the additional cost. Absolutely horrible!! Save your money and yourself! Please do not have them be your contractors. They will spin words and bide time and when the time runs out, they will say its too late for changes. Their managers are never in office, had to call multiple times. They try to defer responsibility to eachother. The job took 7 weeks to even initiate (well beyond the 6 week max mentioned in contract), then their workers just happen to call in sick on the day as well.They sell the job description as word of mouth to take care of most things and don't deliver even a quarter of it. Then say to read the contract. I feel duped. They leave the debris from the job behind saying it's not their job to clean up the mess from the gutters and siding, only their own materials. Satisfied and happy customer! The crews were friendly and professional. They did great work and completely cleaned up behind themselves. They rehung my hanging basket, wind chimes and rain chain after removing them to repair the fascia and soffits. They even gave me an additional discount due to weather delays. I would highly recommend Arnold's Home Improvement and would definitely use them again. Services: Roof installation, Storm/wind damage roof repair, Gutter installation
