ProMedica Total Rehab Pediatrics

I was referred to Jennifer Staelgraeve by a lactation consultant through ProMedica for my son for his difficulties with feeding. She was very accommodating to my schedule and got him right in. She was very thorough, patient, and professional. I couldnt be any more impressed and happy with our appointments with her. My son is thriving now thanks to her expertise and the education she provided to us. I would recommend Jennifer to anyone.

Jennifer Staelgrave is heartless and unprofessional. A lactation specialist referred me to her since my newborn is having a hard time gaining weight. I showed up 10 min late to the appointment because I couldnt get my daughter to wake up to eat before the appointment. I tried everything, but you cant control a newborn. I drive 30 minutes there with a screaming baby. I get to the front desk and apologize and explain I was trying to get her to eat. The front desk person told me they had to ask the therapist if she would see me since it was close to the 15 min mark. We wait for 5 minutes to hear back, and they tell me she wont see us since its an hour long appointment. Jennifer has no heart. She turned away a desperate mom and a baby with weight gain issues because we were 10 minutes late. I wouldnt have cared if she only saw us for 39 min instead of 60, but to turn us away on principle is extremely rude. You couldnt pay me to see this therapist now.

Wonderful staff & speech therapists, nice waiting room. My 4 year old has made so much progress in his speech since switching to this office. He looks forward to and is excited for all his appointments.

I'm so pleased with the help they provided my son. Cassidy was wonderful to work with and had a good way with him.

Pt was great but you have to get past the front office staff first. Very rude, poor communication. Issues with both visits for my son and front staff was less than helpful on both occasions.
