Josh is especially passionate about finding you the best property for your needs and also giving the best service if selling your property. He's also fun and personable to work with, which is so essential in what is often a very stressful time.

        I just started working with this company now but so far it has been a great experience with them starting to manage my Toledo property, and soon my Cleveland properties as well, highly recommend, easy to get a hold of, fair terms, very kind management team (Katie and Josh). Looking forward to many more units together.

        This company is horrible to deal with, they are only open 3 days a week, yet during there open times not always there. I have wasted multi trips during their open times.. Very frustrating.....

      Thank you so much for your feedback. Since we have a limited staff that is required to leave the office at what was previously advertised as “open” we have updated our official hours on all platforms. We are now available by appointment only. Please call our office line or communicate via your online portal to schedule an appointment. We look forward to hearing from you.
