        Terrible customer service! Talks over you while trying to explain something. Worse company I've ever dealt with. Definitely would not recommend! 0 stars.... No you will not find Quel or Verdant in your records.

        They refused me to rent any of their properties because I didnt understand why they said I was denied. They told me at the showing of the house I had to pass two out of four qualifications. I passed two and still got denied. The lady was very rude. Cussing at me. Hung up on me. I have also contacted the fair housing department.

        People that works there is very rude, they dont have any people skills. My house was as is when I moved in meaning it was dirty. When some thing would break I had to pay to fix it.

        Terrible company to deal with. Told me there was no active applications for a property and it was first come first serve, after I applied and paid the fee they then told me the property was off the market. Would not recommend.

      Thank you for your feedback and a chance to review your situation. It appears you applied with a section 8 voucher. As such, you must make 3 of the 4 criteria because only making 2 requires last month rent in advance. Section 8 will not pay that at move in. As you mentioned, it is first come first served. One of the other applicants that applied the same day as you, came in yesterday to take the home off the market. We understand it can be upsetting to miss out, which is why we allow you to transfer to any available home within 90 days.
