      image I would like to provide some constructive feedback regarding the operations at the store located at 309 W Alexis Road. While I greatly appreciate the quality of the pizza, I have consistently encountered issues with the timeliness of food preparation. Despite placing my order two hours in advance to ensure sufficient time for preparation, my pizza was not even started ten minutes past the scheduled pickup time. It seems that there may be some staffing or operational issues that are causing these delays. I would greatly appreciate it if this matter could be addressed to improve customer satisfaction.
