I want to be specific on why I give them a 3 star. Medical eye exam is 5 star and top notch WHEN YOU CALL THEM ITS TERRIBLE BECAUSE YOU RARELY GET THROUGH AND THEN WHEN I ORDER MY GLASSES THAT TAKES ETERNITY TO GET THEM BACK. I EVEN WENT DOWN THERE AND MY GLASSES WAS NOT THERE AND THE LADY SAID THAT THEY WOULD CALL ME THE SAME DAY. Guess what? I never heard from them. I PROMISE THIS, I WILL CONTINUE TO GET MY EYE EXAM THERE BECAUSE THAT'S A AWESOME PROCESS BUT I WON'T NEVER ORDER MY GLASSES FROM THEIR EVER AGAIN. THIS IS JUST TOO REPETITIVE

When I was there a few weeks ago to pick up my glasses Tamica and Tina went above beyond customer service to help me . They both do a great job

I was there last week and had one of the best experiences at an eye appointment ever. She was professional, kind, courteous, polite and understanding my son was with me. I'm going back in a few weeks.

The front desk checking you in are the rudest in the city. I mean yelling, cut you off, said Im about done with you for asking questions. It is WILD. You think you are on candid camera it is so wild. Please dont subject yourself to this place. Such a shame because the eye doctor is actually very thorough.
