Rehabilitation Hospital of Northwest Ohio

My wife has surgery on her L1 and needed help getting back on her feet . The people at Northwest were the best just what we needed in a time of great stress. We will for be grateful always for the care and help they gave Us.

My mom had a C6-T1 spinal surgery and was not able to go home after, she came to the Rehabilitation Hospital of NW Ohio in June of 2022 and received exceptional care. She was given all the tools needed to go back home with my dad and to be independent. She was set up with out-patient therapy to continue her strength training. She enjoyed the food options and her therapy team who took the time to get to know her. We highly recommend this facility to many people.

Decent facility and very nice staff but my dads dentures were lost there back in December and I was told they would take care of the bill for new dentures and it is now March 18 and still no payment. I was then told if I pay for them they WILL NOT reimburse me!

I was there in 2017. I had a lot of problems with the staff there. I was in pain. I just had a hip replacement done on Left leg. Sprained foot on right side. I picked that place as St. Luke's hospital had very unprofessional staff members. I paid extra to get 3 hours of therapy instead of 1 hour. Boy did I get screwed. It was the first year Rehabilitation Hospital of Northwest of Ohio opened. Well I tried my damnedest and gave it 100 percent. Unfortunately they don't communicate with my doctor. My medication was not given to me properly. Oh my Hip revision is phenomenal. I went home right away on hip revision during COVID-19. The ball was not measured correctly and the plastic was did not pass quality control. I hope you are all retrained.
