        I was extremely disappointed in this location. For starters, the interior is worn out and dirty. They were understaffed and our service suffered as we shared a server with a table with a party of 25 people...nobody helped the server with her other tables when she was contained with the larger group. When we got our food, I could not believe they would serve food like that! We ordered chicken and it came out severely overcooked and dried out! The side dishes were cold and we did not receive refills on our drinks. My family has patronized Bob Evans restaurants for many years...and we've eaten in locations all over. This is the first time I have ever seen a Bob Evans restaurant in this type of way! I will not return.

        The staff at this location is outstanding. I had an issue with my takeout catering order and they fixed it in a timely manner with a friendly attitude. I will be back to support them!

        Generous servings. Attentive service. It is easily accessible for a wheelchair. Dinner Bell menu offers smaller but plentiful portions. Wheelchair accessibility: Had no trouble with getting around and tables are very compatible with my chair.
