Staff unwilling to mask when requested by an immune compromised client. I prefer LabCorp where I've never had an issue with staff masking.

This place is a joke. I sat in the waiting room for 3 hours until it was time for my appointment. I couldve driven all the way home and came back but I thought for sure that one of the 2 workers would take me back sooner. Much of the time I sat alone in the waiting room. They couldve taken the 5 minutes to draw my blood while there were no appointments but chose not to. On top of that my dr requested at my last dr appointment to not go to this lab because they NEVER fax in the blood results and no one will answer the phone either so that u can request the results to b faxed in. Unfortunate for me that quest is the only place my insurance will allow. If u have the option to go somewhere else avoid this lab at all cost.

There is a lady work there that is the worse nurse I have ever seen in my life. Never ever go do anything there.

I dont think Ill go anywhere else. Ive been there twice and both times I was made to feel very comfortable with hardly any pain. I highly recommend this place.

Need to pee in a cup for work? Theyll have different, extra limited hours for it. No real chance for a walk in here either. No way to talk to an actual person either
