All of the people who visited me were really nice and they helped me tremendously at getting me back up on my feet again.

If I could leave a "0" I would also do so... This company is an absolute nightmare to work with. Staff is very condescending and either denies or dismisses a customer's concerns on everything. The one staff member hung up the phone on me... The respiratory therapist refused to listen to my feedback on my CPAP machine and kept doggedly refusing to address my concerns. I watched one staff member just look at the phone ringing walk away and start chatting with an employee in a nearby office. Another employee kept telling me she had not received a prescription from my doctor but when I told her to look again on her computer she miraculously found it and then told me no respiratory therapist was in the office and that I would have to wait until tomorrow to setup an adjustment appointment. I have also been told I had to come to their office when the therapistis actually supposed to make house calls. I live in Michigan and the drive is actually very hard on me but they kept telling me I had to come to their office for appointments. WORST COMPANY EVER! If I had it to do over I would RUN from this company. Their antics are interfering with my physical health! SHAME ON THEM!!! :(
