I started molly maid services the week I had my second child. They were responsive to things I said were missed for the most part. I was scheduled biweekly cleanings. My last scheduled cleaning, no one should up. At this point - it was only the 3 or 4 cleaning with them. It was a Friday. I called and asked if anyone was coming and they told me they didnt know where the cleaners scheduled to my house were. They then said they dont have anyone to come clean my house that day. That they wouldnt have anyone available to come to my house til my next scheduled cleaning in 2 weeks. So no cleaning for a month. My son just turned 2 and I had a one month old- I treat myself to a cleaner because Im so busy with young children. To have no one show up and no call was just not acceptable. I got a sorry and that was that. So frustrating. My husbands family was coming over that night so I last minute had to clean everything alone while my husband worked and I had 2 small children. Monday comes and I email asking if they will have someone to clean my house my next scheduled cleaning because if they just had my people quit and dont have any openings til then, it seemed concerning maybe no one would come again. I want help cleaning my house. No one responds to me. Wednesday still no one responded. So I email again in the morning. No response. So I call right before they close Wednesday. The woman on the phone was rude and seemed irritated to even talk to me. She said sorry no one immediately responded to you all sarcastic like and dragging out immediately. I then responded I didnt realize that three days counts as immediate. Just a lack of caring and totally unprofessional. They had time to post on social medial multiple times a day about treat mom this Mothers Day(in a few weeks), but not respond to me. Also- am I not the target audience for Mothers Day? Im trying to treat myself for Mothers Day because again I have a newborn and a 2 year old. I ended up treating myself to another company who assured me that someone will always show up when scheduled that day. It was a frustrating situation and handled poorly by the company. I dont recommend at all. Service: General housekeeping
