If you speak your mind while being a client with Prime, you will be terminated with prejudice. We had an incident in our home regarding the recertification nurse going against our wishes. I called this morning to make a complaint against said nurse. After speaking my mind, I received a call back this afternoon and was told we were terminated as clients. Do not sign on with Prime Home Care if you desire to have freedom of speach in your own home.

My experience with Prime Healthcare has been a very positive one. I really needed help after an injury to my hip and followed by a Spinal Surgery. Not being able to go to a facility for the usual PT because of my physical condition and not having very good luck with regular PT, I was stuck at home with no help. When my doctor suggested Prime Healthcare and the fact they came directly to my home sounded good to me. Its such a different approach to pain that I gave it try . Its been a life saver for me and their approach to my pain has really helped. I would recommend them to anyone suffering with pain or chronic pain.

The worst agency in Toledo by far never have coverage for someone that calls off owner is just worried about money and nothing else, Charges state cases when they are not covered she is a fraud and should not be running an agency

Do NOT work here nor be a patient. It's all about money for the owner. Employees get fired left and right for no reason, employees don't get paid for hours worked . Absolutely horrible company.
