Walked in because curb side button wasn't working on app around 530pm. A manager was de-escalating a situation, about a women who's named Donna. It appeared upon listening and waiting that people were not calling her by that name, and she was upset. The line manager (one who packs the bag) then turns around and asks why her panties are in a bunch. Which she responds "when everyone gives attitude it's fine but now I do and it's a issue" Girl if you quit I wouldn't blame you.
Fry's were cold, it was curbside though, food was a bit less then average for McDonald's during dinner rush, but the way the manager responded concerned me.

This by far is one of the worst McDonalds in the entire city of Toledo From the ghetto customer service to the fact that most of the times they dont have most items that are on the menu and you literally have a better chance of winning the Powerball than getting a milkshake at this location I havent had milkshakes in at least in 2 months they need new management because clearly the management is slacking and not doing their basic job

Extremely expensive.
Depressing mood in the dine-in.
Emptied trash through the main door entry.
