      • Family Matters

        Their urgency to care for a person with a seriously lacking. Even when you call that you are going to be late they let you arrive then have you sit there for 5 minutes then tell you even though you called they confirmed it was ok to come in. They tell you that they cannot see you and that you have to reschedule. How is that high level patient care. I have a serious health concern and they turned me away. It is not like I showed up well late but five minutes after their so called window. I even called 5 minutes before my appointment letting them know. The thing I dont understand is they take walk ins so why couldnt I be seen. I and my health surely isnt their concern. Love how this hospital turns people away and get 5 minutes and cant even show any compassion. The gas that I spent to get there the time off work etc. Would not recommend to anyone.

        Dr. Theodore Ware bed manners are the worst I have seen my whole life, super rude, apathetic, non humane Dr I ever dealt with. Had to leave the office and would not let him continue with his condescending rude comments
