        Things to know-its actually a virtual eye exam. First time Ive ever experienced something like that. They will utilize your insurance benefits if you have them, but it does cancel out their promotions which I wasnt told until we were literally in the last phase. Decent selection of frames and staff was friendly.

        Dont Speek with customer service at all they need to fix whoever is making the appointment a major issue I took my child out of school to be seen when I walked in they had no clue I made an appt and they dont except insurence this is really unprofessional that giving the wrong info through whoever is customer service on the other end then telling me I should of ask to speak to the person who works their!

        WOW just so bad I would have to write a novel on how horrible my experience is. Yes it's not over unfortunately. They're still looking for my trial pair of contacts after 3 weeks, and still wondering around town trying to find me a pair because they were never ordered?????
