        Crappy customer service. Crappy follow through. Called to place an order 2 weeks before I needed it, the line was busy. I tried again. Still busy. Finally got through and was guaranteed to have it done in 2 weeks time. Perfect. I tried to pay in advance to quicken things up, they wouldn't accept payment until the order was totaled. They finally called me a week later to get payment, it went to voice mail. I called them back instantly, it was busy. I tried again, left them a voice message. They never called me back. Days went by. The due date was approaching. I had to call again and leave another voice message. STILL NOTHING! I called again on the due date, she finally answers and gave me all kinds of excuses. "We can't process the order without a deposit" "It will take 2 more weeks to finish now" "We know that you called twice, but never called you back because we were too busy" Horrible service. Ticked me off. Now I have zero products, and nothing but a run around. NEVER do business with these people. You won't be happy. Their customer service sucks!
