James was great. I submitted a request for a quote via our local directory for an appointment to examine a circuit breaker that kept tripping when we turned on a lamp in our living room. James called me within a couple of hours to get some more details and a picture of the breaker box and texted me a detailed quote shortly after. So I set up an appointment for a Saturday morning. -- he was prompt and very friendly, appeared to be very thorough in his examination of the box and the outlets (he got my money's worth out of the hourly fee), and explained what he thought the issue was and the potential fixes. I took his suggestion, and so far, so good! I highly recommend James and his team!

The fluorescent lights in my kitchen were having issues last night, so I booked an appointment with them. They came the day after and were on time, ready to start their job. They exceeded my expectations with how great their work has been. There were no damages or anything but only neatly looking fluorescent lights. I highly recommend them for your electrical concerns!

Very professional, competent, thorough, and on time. We hired James and his electricians to rewire and add several electrical outlets in our two-floor condo, replace the circuit board with a larger one, and install a new EV charger in the garage. To begin with, it was clear that James knew what needed to be done. In contrast, another company was quite unsure about the exact nature of the job. James and his very hard-working crew finished the job exactly on time, including obtaining a City permit and inspection. They were thorough and spotless. They also recommended a patching and painting firm to patch up the holes created during the electrical installation, which also did an excellent job. We will call James again in the future if the need arises.
