Today I went and seen a new dentist and dr Tertels office was amazing. Ive been afraid of dentist my whole life and when I went into her office, I felt very comfortable and confident. Shes the best dentist in America, I swear. She kept me calm and explained everything that was going on. Ive been to several dentist and when they see my teeth they refuse to do anything but pull them. Dr tertels office fixed my cavitys and didnt think of me as a money pit, I was her patient. I left in tears almost, I was so happy and felt better about myself. Dr Tertel is my forever dentist. Thank you to all the amazing staff members. I promise I wont let you down either. I keep my promises and take pride in taking care of what I need to take care of. Thank you so much Dr. Tertel.

44 years ago, her father made for me a bridge, 44 years! It just broke. 44 years. He made a "flipper" at 12 years and a clasp at 16. He and his wife were amazing people. I paid cash for that bridge and he knew it wasn't covered by a dime of insurance. He worked around my schedule. That often meant Saturday appointments. No one in the office but he and I. If I lived in Toledo I would be seeing Nan for my new teeth.

Alleviated my fear of dentists! No fear of needles, pain, or even jumping out of a perfectly good airplane.....but dentists are another story. Needed a lot of work done, even oral surgery. Dr. Nan was there every step of the way explaining what would be done, and had the patience to address all of my concerns. Her "Chairside" manner made all of the difference. I still have a way to go with my dental work, but I am glad that she is doing the work.

Dr. Tertel is one of the kindest and most authentic dentists youll ever meet. She cares about you beyond your teeth. Highly recommend!!!
