        I was a customer with Focus then you took over and the management Linda Evans rude disgusting nasty looking into closing our accounts asap also check the cameras today at 12:25pm she was twisting her neck and body using her neck very unprofessional and should be fired for her outrageous behavior all because I asked her for her name is this what this establishment represents.

        Just awful. Tried to log into my account online and continued failure. 3 phone calls to security which seemed promising. However still not working. Plus they spelled my street address wrong on the statement. Go somewhere else.

        At this time when everyone is offering to differ a months payment due to covaid-19, the manager told me that he has no interest in doing that. This shows how much they care about you.

        I have been a member of this bank for 15 plus years and I have to make a appointment to set foot in the bank and when I go thought the drive thru they will only give me a check. Thought this was a bank guess not.
