Lobby is closed....Sign on the door says open until 5:30 pm. Check my watch and yup its only 4:10 ok. Maybe they got robbed idk. let's try the full service kiosk. Hello can I help you....blah blah blah. O we don't do that here you will need to go into the branch, and they close at 4:30. O you mean like the branch where I am now that's closed? Perhaps ya'll should all get on the same page as far as your hours of operation or what full service means.

I have been with Sun Federal for a couple of years. I applied for a loan and got paired with Chris Baker. The process was so incredibly smooth. The communication between Chris and the dealership, as well as keeping me in the loop and updated on the process of my loan was better than I could have ever asked for! Buying a new car can be stressful and applying for a loan can be too, but I couldn't have been more pleased with how I was treated at Sun Federal, the process was as stress free as possible, largely in part due to such fantastic communication and such a friendly and professional approach. I am very happy to be a part of this credit union and am looking forward to my next transaction with them!

Was a great credit union before sun took over. I've been banking here for over 15 years everybody knew you by name when you came in. Now you just feel like a number. Service has gone downhill. We will soon be switching
