Visited the store just to get an idea of what are the options for my upcoming purchase. The owner of the store took the time to show me around and explain the differences in furs and procedures. Huge inventory and friendly staff. He is officially my go to for anything and everything fur.

Brought in a coat for cleaning and repairing. The owner said it would take about 2 months, and that he would give me a call when it was done. I had to prepay. He said the coat in new condition would be worth about $2000. I prepaid, never got a call back. I have made muliple phone calls to follow up. It's about a year later, and I still don't have my coat. Do not trust this scam artist. When I call he rudely says he will call me when it is ready. I think he stole my coat...update. I was called back the day after this post. They said they have the coats and apologized. They took $20 off of what I owed them for the inconvenience

I brought my wifes blue fox coat in to be restyled and they delivered! Down to every detail they really made sure she was satisfied and checked in with us regularly during the process. Overall great communication and dedication to the customer experience. We look forward to coming back and storing with them in the future.
