1 star for getting my work done. This place has incredibly unprofessional people. As well as disrespectful. I do not recommend to anyone. I refuse to share my personal experience on here because it was that bad, forgive me. But I am not going to this place. I give you my blood sweat and get disrespected. If i have extra money I would rather burn it than give it pnc. It's not the firm probably the employee. But I think it's enough. I don't like that I have to deal with that trying to get my own money.

I have never had this much trouble le going into a bank and closing the account in the past I have gone to 2 PNC banks now and they say we can't close you out because we don't have a banker on duty today that is at the bank downtown toledo and now I'm at the one on Rynalds and hill and they o ly have one person that can close my account in the past the person behind the counter could do it and no wait for someone in an office this bank calls all the time and bugs you to come in to talk about your account for no reason at all I really hate this bank if you want someone to call you for no reason this is the bank for you

I do not recommend anyone to go to this PNC bank. By far the worst service I have ever received by Kay Foster (Bank Manager) 3 weeks prior to this, I came to this same bank and got a cashiers check by using my bank debit card, and my work ID (photo, first/last name, credentials)I recently lost my license, but have the picture (front/back) as well as my expired license with same current address, and for some reason this bank manager refused to allow me to pull MY MONEY out of the bank, stating they couldnt/ wouldnt do what was okayd and done weeks prior? I will be switching my bank immediately. Would give zero stars if I could.
