        My car was refused because the manager claimed that she didn't hear me say that I had a mercedes....when I called prior to having my car towed there and stated that the BENZ DEALERSHIP did not have an opening until JUNE 24TH! I was furious and wasted my time not to mention a AAA tow

        People are nice and try to help - just overall disappointed with AAA these days. Membership keeps going up despite services going down. If it wasn't for roadside assistance, I would have kicked them to the curb a long time ago.
