        Brought my vehicle in for an alignment. They said it was good and ready to go. Drive away and it still feels off and has a slight pull. Steering wheel was straight. Went to another shop and it was still way off. They suspected that it was either technician error or an issue with the alignment rack. After looking inside the shop through the window, the place looks super cheap. Tire machine looks like its from the 70s. The tint on the office windows were also falling apart. I also spotted a few ants crawling in the corner.
