        I applied to get rental assistance again and I got approved. Out of nowhere, they needed proof that I used the money for rent when I was previously granted money. I gave them the proof, which was rent receipts, and they said they needed it on letterhead. My leasing office couldnt provide that to me because its not something they have. How fair is that to me? I could get evicted because of something my leasing office doesnt have? Seriously. Waste of time. Rude employees and they make it overly difficult. Jaismine is so rude she shouldn't be working with people that need assistance.
