        Easy access to the highway, room was clean, coffee was good. Suite was really big and perfect for a baby to have their own space

        The room was clean. Freshly painted. Staff were great people kind, friendly and attentive. Beds were comfortable. Its was quiet. Had a decent breakfast. I felt safe and secure. Walkability: There are several places in walking distance such as fast food , gas station, and Menards which Is a store with everything from groceries to hardware and everything in between.

        My family arrived early after the hotel had a sold out night the night before. I anticipated not being able to check in early, but thought it was worth trying. I walked in and was immediately greeted with the most genuine smile from Jaylyn!! She went above and beyond, checking me in right then, and carried on a full conversation while still working efficiently with me and other guests! Customer Service in many places is not what it used to be anymore, but Jaylyn is proof that good employees still exist! Great job, Holiday Inn Express Tipp City on making our stay amazing!
