HORRIBLE!! My son was sick and being sent home from school for puking headaches and a small fever....so I took him in with all these symptoms and told them the school wanted him cleared by a Dr before he could return... next thing I know the Dr is giving my son a physical and then leaves we wait 10 15 minutes and no one comes back so I asked and they said rudely if you've seen the dr you can leave....uhm ok with no answers?? Not even hey he's not sick....so we leave send him to school and bam being sent back home STILL SICK fast forward a little he was seen in the tiffin e.r this weekend who said he HAD TO BE SEEN MONDAY in this same office...eye roll....I know take him somewhere else...easier said than done when most places don't take our insurance or new patients....so I call and as I'm explaining what happened with my son and how he needs to be seen TODAY with a fever still spiking between 102-104 for 5 days now WITH MEDS....while I'm trying to explain what is going on the girl on the phone RUDELY interrupts me to talk to a co worker about a paper jam... then gets back on the line and says so you want your son seen today??? I said yes as I was explaining before I was rudely interrupted that he has a heart condition and when his fever goes up it's way more serious and dangerous than with your average child! The Dr has always been great but his office help really needs a few lessons on how to treat people and not be rude over the phone at 8am!!!!!

My kids absolutely adore the doctors here and the staff is always helpful and kind and put the kids above all we love it there
