The only place my hubby and I get fresh flowers from! Their bouquets and arrangements are gorgeous, fresh, & long lasting! We have ordered online for delivery & at their store/ farm market. Great to support local!

Very unpleasant. Perhaps this is what one expects from an uneducated small town. I couldnt get past the ill mannered telephone melodramatics. How is there a private university in this city? Tiffin could benefit by educating its own residents.

Lovely flowers always on point! Great costumer services always willing to help the costumer and make sure they are happy! Very friendly staff, not to mention the flowers are so unique unlike any others!

Ordered an arrangement from her website. Everything went through and I received a confirmation. The next morning I was notified by email that my order was canceled due to that arrangement not being in "stock". I received NO PHONE CALL to see if they could substitute an item so that we could still get the order delivered. I was upset the arrangement didn't arrive to the person as planned. I understand not having something in stock (however it should not have been an option on her website then). I called after receiving the email notice and left a message to please call me to change the order so it could still be delivered in a timely manner. No returned call at all. Tried to call again with no answer. I ended up going to another florist in town. Her flowers are beautiful but her customer service is HORRIBLE! Beware if you want something delivered do not trust her website ordering service.
