Replaced a warrantied hot water tank at my mothers not quite 3 years ago with a hot water tank that supposedly was new with no warranty not even on the tank. It had to be serviced because of leaking a year ago now is leaking again and looks as tho the bottom has rotted out.. and tells me there is no warranty and it's the water and hangs up on me because I'm upset. How professional is that! It's obvious the tank was replaced with junk and you dont stand behind your business! Was going to be putting a new furnace and AC in also ...not with you!

I really appreciate the customer service. Everyone is very professional, knowledgeable, experienced, and patient. They return calls promptly, and answer my questions thoroughly. I trust their judgement and feel like they are trustworthy. They are courteous and careful to care for my home, carpet, etc., which I appreciate very much. They don't pressure me to replace or purchase equipment. I have been very impressed with them whenever they visit for maintenance or repair.
