I have just recently placed my loved one here and I'm so greatful I did it's probley the best thing I have ever done for her they are awesome verry kind caring and respectful including to the family and patient they treat you with respect and love even know they are low staff they all work together with each other and lend helping hands wherever needed they work great together and with the family verry clean place and it seems what I seen all the patients seem happy with smiles great support teams I want to thank all them for caring about their duties and not their pockets God bless all of you sincerely the pumphrey. tice .and booth family .

I was absolutely and throughly beyond satisfied with the help from Kelly at The Colony. She answered every question I had and did everything she said that she would do and she did it in a very timely manner. I would absolutely recommend Kelly for your needs at The Colony. 5 star service that I received. Very relieved and thankfully I got the help my Mother in law desperately needed.

My mother was a patient there after being discharged from the hospital. Everyone was very kind. Seems to be very short staffed for nursing, but otherwise a good experience. The office staff was very helpful assisting with insurance coverage and help in placing mom into assisted living when it was time for her to leave.

If I could leave a negative star I would. My nephew was placed in their care by hospice, and I went the following day to drop off a charger for his phone when he sat up to look at me he had a black eye. I asked how he obtained it he said he did not know come to find out he hadn't eaten or had his medicine the whole time he had been there which was 3 days. If you love your family members DO NOT send them here it smells and they don't clean the rooms or bathe the residents

I visited my sister-in-law at Colony while the staff were putting on a holiday event.. it was refreshing to watch the personal interactions between staff and residents. The facility is small enough that everyone seems to know each other by name, and the staff seemed well versed in navigating the range of personalities, balancing playful camaraderie with creative interventions when needed to engage or redirect residents, and it's comforting to know family will be well looked after.
