        This is a nice place. The staff was outstanding! The only problem we had was the lady at 622 she had a detail company come and detail her vehicles which doesnt sound bad but they kept setting off the car alarm and the power washer was very loud. When my husband asked if all that was necessary she said she lives there, so I guess she thinks she owns the place. She upset a lot of camp sites. Unfortunately nothing was done about it. They went on until 9pm, they started at 1130am! So we probably wont come back.

        We checked in 10/20/23. We were assigned site 505. We could not fit into the site and open all of our slide outs. Oliver, our escort, tried to help us and agreed we could not fit. He radioed the office and first was told the manager was busy delivering ice. He radioed again and we all heard the managers loud voice state they do not switch sites on check in day. I got on the koa app and saw they had 11 open sites for the weekend. Confused, we pulled our rig back around to the office to attempt to salvage our trip. Again, the office was advised not to move us but to refund our stay. Sad. We have been KOA members for years. Ive never been treated quite like this before. I never raised my voice, swore, or acted crazy. We just quietly left and went to another KOA that appreciates customers.

        We stayed at this KOA this summer in August, large campground with a lot amenities. They also have a restaurant at the campground.

        This campground was a real surprise, it's very unique, and has a lot of amenities. We'd love to come back and stay in one of the treehouses. The only complaint I have is the exit. We took the long way out, and the trailer scraped along the trees that are next to the road. Hopefully we'll be back to enjoy the park again.
