DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE. Theyre liars and they cheat the system. Theyll put a sign up saying for sale. Pretend they just bought it, so they can act like they dont know about any repairs that need done. Then theyll say they dont manage the property and try to refer you to someone else which VOIDS the original contract. No worries for them since they have the courts in their pocket absolutely horrible and the worst rental experience Ive ever had, hands down.
I wish I had seen some of these other reviews. Not surprised at all.

Been renting from dack realty going on 8 months now, my toilet needs a new wax seal my air conditioner has stopped working an we still dont have a mail key. Ive made multiple phone calls an emails to her about these issues phone calls are always ignored an never returned she has failed to respond to any of my emails. Failed to reach out about request made in tenant portal. Ive called an continue to call an still no answer or returned phone call. Its getting to be very ridiculous an very unprofessional. I pay rent every month on time never late an I cant even get a phone call back an things fixed that need to be fixed. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

This woman is so professional. She is great at her job, she gets things done. She got me and my parents a good house at a good price. 10/10, would definitely recommend.

she is probably one of the best real estate agents i have ever had. she is very efficient and vary kind, and easy to work with, and has amazing homes at great prices.
