Service was not present and we had multiple servers. We were charged for things we did not order and We were told wine would be take off bill because it was stale and they didnt and then no one was available to help. They just said sorry thats your bill. Disappointing!

This restaurant is nestled toward the back of a strip of stores located on the north side of Royalton Road (Route 82) across the street from the mall. I have been here a few times in the last couple of years, and it's nice to know that the quality remains high and is a priority. Our group had bruchetta, minestrone soup, & calamari for appetizers. I thought the calamari was very tender and not chewy. The calamari had just a touch of spiciness to make it flavorful. The minestrone was very good, full of flavor, and had nice chunks of vegetables. The bruchetta came with 5 pieces and was loaded with goat cheese and tomatoes and tasted very good as well. For dinner, two of us ordered the veal parmesean. The veal was fork tender and filled the plate. It came with a side of pasta. 4 others in our group got the seafood risotto, which is one of their top sellers that people keep coming back for. Everyone loved the seafood risotto, which came with scallops. They have a large selection of other entrees, as well as steaks and handhelds. I am sure you would have a hard time choosing between all of the goodness Trivs has to offer.
