We had such a wonderful experience with Bridgewater! From the very first telephone call where I cried over having to hire a caregiver for my sweet mama, to the last call where I stopped using them because mama moved to a long term care facility, I cant recommend them enough! They stepped in when I needed them most. I live out of state and was able to entrust my moms care to a couple special caregivers who my mama loved! If you are looking for home care for a loved one look no further. I would recommend Bridgewater 100%!! Thank you to Chris, Sheri, Pam and Joannyou made a tough time in our lives so much easier! My mom was resistant to having someone accompany her to my daughters wedding as an aide. By the time she got to the wedding shed made a new friend. Jasmine was so professional but blended right in and to most appeared to just be another guest. My mom was so happy. Everyone at Bridgewater was helpful, professional and friendly. The care was personalized to our needs. I highly recommend them for your care needs. And Im keeping their number handy.

Bridgewater was very helpful is getting my stepmother through a difficult time after she broke her hip. Bridgewater was very thorough its scheduling including any changes on a given night. My mom had to stop driving about five years ago but still wanted to stay in her house. I'm in New Jersey and my brother works full time across town, so we needed a way for her to get to hair and doctor appointments. My brother researched senior care options and chose Bridgewater to come out one afternoon a week. It took several months while care professionals changed, but once there was a regular care professional our mom really clicked with, it was a perfect solution. Getting out and being able to socialize each week, especially once COVID hit, was tremendously important for her. The Bridgewater staff was always helpful and responsive, and Joann was absolutely wonderful. This past spring, our mom's health declined and she had to suddenly move to assisted living on the east side. Chris at Bridgewater continued to provide support by doing research and discussing options with us. We're so glad we chose Bridgewater. They made it possible for our mom to continue living on her own by providing the assistance and companionship she needed.
