EDIT: The sales manager reached out to me asking me to change this review. He wanted to know what he could do to entice me to alter this review to a more positive review. Since I purchased something and did not receive what I purchased, and he was unable to correct this situation, there was nothing he could I am appalled by the actions taken at this dealership. I previously (2018) went to this dealership to lease a vehicle and did not have a good experience in the end. I decided to return to the dealership to give them another chance and they have proven my disappointment. Due to these issues, I have intentionally had all of my continued conversations with the employees at this dealership via e-mail.
EDIT 6 MONTHS LATER:
Still trying to get a hold of someone at the dealership to fix a small dent from when we purchased the NEW vehicle. Now, the same fender panel is starting to rust under the paint.. (mind you the vehicle is only 6 months old, as we purchased it brand new) I have tried calling multiple times and leaving voicemails. I have spoke with a few people who all direct me to a manager who is never available. Unfortunately, I will end up having to take a day off work to sit at the dealership to attempt to sort this out. I am beyond disappointed and certainly wish there was a different dealership closer by. This is the second vehicle purchase chance we have given to Serpentini in Strongsville & certainly the last chance.
