        We closed on our house on Friday and it is now Tuesday and our loan has not been paid off yet. If the payment had been wired to the bank it would have closed but it was sent via fed ex instead. Wish I would had know that detail prior to opting out of closing insurance.

      Bryan, I did check into your issue and see that you loan in fact has already been paid off as shown in your FedEx tracking number 274526344627. If you need assistance in tracking your payoff, feel free to reach out and we would be happy to assist you! Also, we would have been happy to wire your payoff, but sent them a check via FedEx overnight mail at your request as shown on your settlement statement as a cost savings to you. Again, your loan has in fact been paid off and you can verify this with Wells Fargo as well. Thank you and have a great day!
