I worked with Rich, and he was the most knowledgeable and detail oriented when handling my application. Trust me my case had some interesting factors, but he stayed in touched and literally walked me through the entire process, from pre-approval to closing, providing much needed insights, especially since I was new to purchasing a home.

I would never recommend Michel from this office . Michel was so unprofessional and inconsiderate . She was very uneducated, she completely ruined our whole experience. I was astonished at the fact that she is so hard to get ahold of . It almost seems like she doesn’t do her job , at all . When she would eventually respond she would never have answers or helpful information for us . Michel would constantly repeat herself and make excuses for her not finding out information . Very disappointed that this company would have multiple people dissatisfied with just one employee of theirs.

Michel was amazing to work with!! I was just starting a move into Ohio from out of state, and she was there every step of the way! It was a great experience all the way!
