        I love big tree! I don't have health insurance so this was a no brainer! Everyone is nice and friendly. They have an app that you can message someone and get an answer same day! Waaayyyy easier than calling a regular Dr office, wait on a return call ect.

        I am disappointed with the service I received from Big Tree. It has been nearly 3 weeks, and I still haven't received my medication. The staff's customer service is abysmal, requiring constant follow-ups for updates. Communication is unclear, and their prescription information lacks quality and availability options. Additionally, customers are put in a position where they have to constantly follow up with both, the pharmacy and Big Tree, in order to coordinate the logistics. Overall, a highly unsatisfactory experience.

      Angel, I looked at what happened and it's so frustrating when pharmacies make errors because it makes patients think it was us when it's like being frustrated with us for something Walgreens did. I hope you will give us another chance because my staff is actually really great.
