Dr. Robert Brandhorst, DDS at CreekSide Family Dentistry

I made my appointment far in advance for the one day I had off, drove half an hour out, secured a babysitter, showed up with a confirmation text for my appt and was told I didnt have one. They avoided eye contact and then said oh we cancelled it because we didnt have a hygienist but never called me or anything and I still got my confirmation text. They made no attempts to squeeze me in same day and made no apologies until I had to just walk out. I was stunned at how rude and unprofessional the whole experience was

Ive been seeing Dr. Bob for years - he is the best! He really takes the time to listen to your concerns and always remembers the details. The hygienists are amazing - they explain ever step of the exam to you and answer any questions you have. The office staff are equally wonderful - Ive never had a complaint about any of them!

Best, most gentle, most compassionate, caring individuals in a dentist office around. I started going to this dentist a few years ago after having been at the same dentist for over 20 years. I had bad dental experiences as a child and really hated going to the dentist. My dentist retired so I had to find a new dentist. He referred me to Dr. Bob, a.k.a. Dr. Robert Brandhorst, hes soft-spoken, tender, gentle, etc. he has a very calming effect. I havent run into any staff there that I dont like. They all seem to take on the same temperament as Dr. Bob. They have a new woman dentist here. I cant recall her name but I did get a crown put on by her a couple of months ago. She was super efficient. Ive had a few crowns in the past and usually they seem to take a long time and the molds are miserable to have done. between her and the tech they did a fast efficient job probably one of the best most efficient. Quick caps Ive ever had put on. I highly recommend this dentist especially if youre fearful of a dentist. I love coming here to get my teeth cleaned. The woman that cleans my teeth again very similar to Dr. Bob super kind, super gentle and caring. They have this amazing ultrasonic water pic that they use instead of so much scraping. It takes all the color stains from coffee or tea off your teeth and its very gentle. Im so glad I found this place a several years ago with my dentist retired. One thing because they are so well liked it. Does take some time to get an appointment in but its worth the wait. Once youre in just start scheduling your appointments a year out then you dont have to worry about getting in.
