        I had an unfortunate experience ordering labels from LLT labels. I ordered 100 labels & everything seemed fine on the website. A week later there was no email giving shipment or tracking info so I called and was informed that they needed additional info, which I gave. 2 weeks later again no shipping or tracking info so I called again and was informed the item was backordered and that they again needed additional information. I cancelled the order but want others to know that they may have to make multiple calls to check status, and may not be informed about delays.
