Walmart Vision & Glasses

I have UHC with March Vision. 2 different WalMart stores(St. Clairsville and Steubenville) were rude and kept trying to tell me they would only pay 25$ for my glasses. I called March vision, wrote down exactly what my insurance will pay. I went back to Walmart and tried to tell them that my insurance pays 100% for lenses(w/o any specialties, ie scratch coating, polarized, etc) and will pay for 100% lined bifocals. I was again, told that they pay 25$ for glasses and told that my insurance "tells me one thing and pays for another". At that point, I asked for a copy of my prescription. Again, met with resistance. The associate told me, "I can't do that". I was flabbergasted! So, I told her I paid for that exam and I wanted a copy, now. She told me I paid for it, but I didnt pay them. Meaning I paid St C and I was in Steubenville. I was done, at this point and told the associate I would take my prescription, now! She did make me a copy then. I took it and left. I've been getting glasses from Walmart vision centers, for years. I will NEVER go back. If there was a ZERO, I woukd have chosen that instead of 1 star!

I went to the steubenville Ohio vision center in Walmart and got some new glasses and was all taken care of by Beth. She took her time and went over everything that I told her I wanted in my glasses. They called me a week later and went back to pick them up and a lady was at the counter and ask me for my name for my glasses. I told her then she handed them to me and said thank you. She didn't take the time to adjust them for me or anything with me leaving really mad. The glasses kept on sliding off my face and would fall off when I looked down. I couldn't take it anymore after a week and went back to the store and explained everything to Beth and she apologized and took time to adjust them and fitted them for my face. They fit and feel so much better and I am very happy for the time she spent with me to fix them. I highly recommend that if you are going to the Walmart vision center in steubenville Ohio that you ask for Beth because you will not find anyone more professional and kind as she is. Dr. C is the best around . If u have to wait a bit it's because he's very though n gets me the best prescription for my eyes. Who cares if u have to wait a bit it's your eyes n he's very good. He found a studio tumor in my daughter's eyes n I'm very grateful she could of went blind. His staff are really nice n helpful. They busy because everyone wants dr. C because he's the best. Plus he's not hard the eyes lol

No one ever answers the phone in the morning or around lunch. The idiotic Covid protocols they have are silly and ignorant. Most of the staff seem to hate life, but hate customer interaction more. The doctors are great though.

I had a great experience at this Walmart Vision Center. All technicians are very helpful, knowledgeable and patient. I would recommend them and would like to thank them.
