Erica is such an awesome person. I had a great experience and learned a lot. The cutest salon! Very comfortable and cozy. Amazing facial and back facial. I highly recommend!

I went and got my legs, eyebrow, and lip waxed. Erica made the experience very peaceful and nice. She was efficient and everything came out perfectly. I will for sure be seeing her for now on!

Erica is hands down the NICEST woman ever. Her work is phenomenal and prices are great too! She makes you feel right at home and comfortable your whole visit. I highly recommend Erica and I will be back!

The ultimate pampering experience. Ive been to other places in Springfield but my skin has never felt so glowy. She is very intelligent when it comes to skin. Im in the medical field so I can usually see when people try to dupe me but Erica was so knowledgeable! I was expecting an astronomical price but even with taking products home, it was so fair. She genuinely tried to get to know me and we found out some awesome connections we have! Highly recommend!

I am terribly self conscious, and had flirted with the idea of making an appointment Erica for months. When I finally did for a special occasion coming up, I really wish I wouldve gone sooner. This woman is the first Ive come across who genuinely wants to give you your best self when you walk in. She is graciously accepting, and makes the time to give you what you are paying for. She does not cut corners, and she has such a comforting personality to be around. I will never go to another esthetician again. Give her a chance and I know youll feel the same as I did- even went out of my way to think of what to write for this review!! Thats how good!
