I can't say enough positive about HER Realtors Springfield. Due to some less than positive experiences with Realtors in the past, we spent a significant amount of time researching who we would want to sell our house. They was the clear choice after interviewing several Realtors. The Realtor came in to the house and immediately looked at the property with an eye to selling it. We executed thier suggestions and immediately began receiving offers. This company was extremely responsive and all of the associates with which we interacted were very professional and focused on selling our house. We interviewed several realtors our second time around and were extremely impressed with the Her Realtors Springfield. Our home was already ready to be put on the market (2nd round) and went up within a week of us signing the agreement. We had 2 offers within 20 days and double the amount of showings as we did in the 35 days we were previously on the market with a different agent.
