I called and requested a quote gutters, soffit, front porch, driveway and sidewalks. He came out same day to give me a price which was very reasonable. He also sends you a link to a written quote that you accept before hand (came next morning) instead of a week, 2 days later he comes. He got every bit of oxidation off the gutters, last guy wasnt able to get all of it, he says itll scrub off lol .. I have some siding above a bedroom window on the front, he did that as well as a 10x20 back patio I didnt ask him to do this It wasnt on the quote he just did it because he was there. Everything looked good. I wont use anyone else.

We had our skylights and gutters cleaned by Premier Pressure Washing and Property Maintenance. They were professional and courteous and even had professional company uniforms to put your mind at ease when they show up. Greg was great to work with during all portions of the service. Greg and his team did incredible work on my father's home. We needed to have the entirety of the exterior cleaned up in order to get started with listing the home for sale and the appearance of the home is night and day difference between how it looked when they started and how it is now! Called to have my gutters cleaned and everything was taken care of within 24 hours. Really great customer service and the job was done really well. Cant get much better than that, highly recommend
