Ours is a newly constructed home in 2018 December in Settlers walk Springboro . We had a dent on the ceiling roof which we complained during the 3 months warranty. At that time we didnt see any water mark. They painted the roof and said the problem was solved. Our 1 year warranty was moved due to COVID which was done in 2020 December. Only last year the warranty service was done. We had listed the water mark on the ceiling roof as one of our warranty complaint. They said it was due to the leaks in the master bedrooms bathroom. They sealed the tub and they mentioned that there wont be any problem. We told them that we wouldnt sign until this is fixed but they told we will come back and look into it if you have issues. Then we sent a followup email with in two months to Andrew who did the warranty work dated February 19 2021 with photos attached stating that we are seeing more water marks in the ceiling roof, but no response. Now in 2022 January this looks like a very serious issue and we are not sure when the roof would come down. In the pictures attached we are seeing water marks all over the morning rooms roof and paint started peeling off. Now they are saying warranty is over and we cant do anything. We are not creating or telling them about a new issue that came up after warranty. This was a problem that they didnt fix properly during warranty. We are only asking them to correct it as they promised. Worst construction, never ever buy a home in fisher homes. Services: Repair water fixtures, Drywall repair, General repairs & maintenance
