I recently moved into my first apartment and bought almost everything I needed from Lower Valley Furniture. Every single employee I interacted with was wonderful, especially Trish! There was a small scratch in the coffee table I had purchased and Trish went out of her way to make sure it was fixed before it was delivered. LVF is now my go-to spot for furniture shopping!

For the month of June 2022, I bought two sofa-type pieces of furniture. As of today, a year and a half has passed and the quality of the two pieces of furniture has been very poor. When I called to ask if they had any type of warranty, they told me that they did not.
The sales service is good, but the quality of the furniture I bought is really bad. I recommend to all people who want to buy that they verify the quality very well, in addition to asking if they have any type of guarantee.

Wonderful Service - I had trouble with switch not working on a love seat - manufacturing problem. After second attempt to correct situation I was met with a friendly staff who let me change the couch in for a brand new couch at no extra cost or incovience to me. Now that is great customer service. Wonderful staff. I have been shopping there for 37 years and if I ever need any more furniture that is where I will go.

A great experience. Salesperson was so helpful and friendly. I ended up with a great deal on new sectional and mattress. I'd had my eye on Arhaus Bergen sectional but did not have 20k to spend. I did diligent research for a solid year and Lower Valley Furniture was my favorite place! A wide variety of tasteful, high quality choices - they sold me really nice furniture - and gave me a really good deal! Will go back!
