Placed an order for pickup via the app. Was told that the order would be ready within 30 minutes. Called the store after no response for nearly 2hrs and was told I have a line full of customer so your online order isnt priority. I felt offended as I was to a customer. Reported the store to cooperate. Completely unacceptable.

My son called in his prescriptions today and afterwards called to make sure they went through because he had an issue with putting in an order for on.. the pharmacy technician that answered confirmed them and put the one in that he was having an issue with and said they would be ready in 30 minutes. A whole hour later he ask me to go get them, mind you I went an hour later to get them sat in the drive thru for 30 minutes finally get to the window I give her his information and she tells me she doesnt have anything for him. I told her that he called them in and then called and confirmed it with a pharmacy technician that they would be ready in 30 minutes that was an hour and 30 minutes ago. She stated he couldnt have called because shes the only technician there and she do not remember the call. So I called my son and asked him do he remember who he talked to. Its quite funny my son remembered your name so how you dont remember the call. This store needs some organization and needs to do better please this is not the first time Ive had an issue with this at this location. Im not pulling my sons prescriptions from this pharmacy because its just a mess
