        Do not enroll your children at smart start. My child fell down the stairs, the whole staircase. 8-10 steps! everyone lied to me about if for a week! The only reason I found out was an employee was threatening to tell me so they decided it was best to inform me that the incident report I signed for a trip and fall was actually a fall down the whole staircase from the top! They knew the report was false but the owners said it didnt matter because I signed it. Former employees have reported abuse! And direction to omit incidents or to casually mention them and not report them bc they dont want to be investigated. Do not trust these people with your babies!!
