        I asked for a grande vanilla steamer with soy milk and no whip and I had to repeat myself several times to the drive thru worker. They then gave me a venti vanilla steamer with regular milk. Couldn't even drink it because I'm lactose intolerant. The other driver worker also forgot to give me my card back and I had to ask for it. Please do better, you guys.
